Soundside currently operates on a pre-order fulfillment model. We collect orders during approximately two-week pre-order windows, then close the window and begin fulfilling those orders together. Because our merchandise is made to order, your items must first be produced before they can be received, processed, and shipped to you. This means orders may take longer to arrive than traditional in-stock merchandise. Any fulfillment or shipping timelines shown on our website are estimates, and we appreciate your patience while we make and prepare your order.

Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, has a manufacturing error or defect, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within five business days of delivery. We’ll review your request and, when approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost, issue a refund or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our return policy.
