Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5-10 business days, while international orders may require 10-20 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and product. While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations may not be possible.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted, and customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment authorization fails or if inaccurate information is provided.
Order Tracking Policy
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier. For international orders, tracking availability may be limited once the package leaves the United States. If you have not received your tracking information within five business days of placing your order, please contact us so we can assist you.

Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the problem.

Lost or Stolen Package Policy
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before they actually arrive. If your package cannot be located after this time, please contact us and we will work with you to determine possible next steps.

All of our products are printed on demand, which reduces waste and minimizes overproduction in the apparel industry. Size & Care Policy
Sizing can vary slightly between different styles and brands, so we recommend reviewing the size chart provided with each product before placing your order. Because our items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size. To extend the life of your apparel, we suggest machine washing items inside out on a cold cycle and tumble drying on low heat, or air drying when possible. Avoid ironing directly over printed areas. Proper care will help preserve the quality and design of your purchase.
